coaching at the intersection of awareness and purposeful action in the world.

My work explores the challenge and opportunity to connect and deeply engage with daily life. As a Associate Certified Coach and Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, I use mindfulness and awareness techniques help people move through grief, anxiety and fear to discover peace and grace in their everyday lives.

My clients are open-minded, have tried everything and still want to discover something more. They can be active in the world and can move mountains when called upon. They dream of connecting with Self but still want to savor simple pleasures and connections with family, community, and purpose.

When mindfulness practice is grounded in day-to-day living, joy is the natural by-product.

MY approach

Develop a mindset practice that supports exploration of deeper life questions while honoring the practical demands of every day living.

I was feeling tired and overwhelmed with all the hats I wear in life. Emily held a safe space for me to engage her incredibly supportive energy. I felt more energized and grounded after our sessions.

Coaching

We’ll bring lightness to the areas you want to work on: relationships, family, career, or simply living well and managing daily life. All while becoming more aware and mindful of the present moment.

Emily creates space where both action and reflection are seen as equal. She guides with confidence and kindness, and simply invites you to discover a different perspective of your own story.

For those needing facts and hard science, you will find this here. For those looking for inspiration and suggestions on how to implement healthy practices and ways to shift thinking, you will find this here as well.
