Coaching

In coaching sessions we use mindful awareness to address the areas you want to work on. We also take intuitive deep dives to identify limiting beliefs, let go of patterns, and integrate physical, mental and/or spiritual practices to develop and maintain clarity.

Coaching is ideal for clients interested in applying Practical Spirituality to issues around relationships, family, career, or simply living well and managing daily life. Progress shows up as enthusiasm, motivation, gratitude and joy. Coaching works best over the course of a few months of work together. Sessions last 40 minutes: $150

In breakthrough sessions we do the deepest work together. We sit together with whatever arises and learn to trust in life experience and surrender deeply. These sessions are ideal for times of crisis or when traditional coping strategies aren’t working. We do mindset work, dissolve limiting beliefs, and work with intentions and affirmations. It’s a highly intuitive process and we often address challenges that clients aren’t initially aware of. These sessions require curiosity, an open-mind and a desire to undo ego-based patterns. Sessions last 90 minutes: $250
