I am an ICF-certified coach and certified meditation and mindfulness teacher with a practical approach: when you practice something, you become stronger and more skilled, and life becomes easier. I serve people exploring mindful awareness, spirituality and purposeful action in the world. I offer one-on-one support, meditation facilitation, and positive mindfulness practice.

In our work together we develop higher levels of awareness around beliefs and intrinsic motivation, while also developing the pragmatic skills needed to grow forward with intention. Success can come through explosive achievements, but more often than not it comes through subtle and lasting transformation.

Personal Tidbits

I spend time with my children and husband in both California and Barcelona.

I strive for a life of clean lines and natural light. I try to thrive in my real life of messy schedules and fingerprints all over the windows.

I am the person who attends a 4,000-person event and walks away with two life-long friends rather than 1,000 new acquaintances.

I love writing, cooking, photography and anything else that prompts me to slow down and savor.
