In this quarantine we are bored, overwhelmed and distracted, and our physical health is at risk as well as our emotional health. In this workshop we’ll give you tools to learn how to manage your emotions, anxieties and worries. We will also learn how to adapt our lives to these changes.
May 15th @ 10 am ET on Zoom - Build your Resilient Lifestyle
During times of crisis resilient people have survived and even thrived by building a lifestyle of flexibility, resourcefulness and positivity. Whatever the challenge, resilience is what enables us to beat the odds. In this workshop, we’ll learn the three pillars of resilience and how to create your own blueprint for a resilient lifestyle.
